Doctoral candidate receives inaugural art award
Ms. Lukin Linklater, an artist and 皇冠体育鈥檚 doctoral candidate, was recently named the recipient of the Canadian Art Foundation鈥檚 inaugural Wanda Koop Research Fund. This new research fund, worth $15,000, was named for the Winnipeg artist appearing on the cover of the first issue of Canadian Art in fall 1984. Ms.

New Indigenous Languages and Culture Certificate
This fall, 皇冠体育's Arts and Science will be launching a new Certificate of Indigenous Languages and Culture. This new certificate program will introduce students to Mohawk, Inuktitut and Anishinaabe languages and deepen students' understanding of Indigenous cultures.
