What should we do to make the production and consumption of food equitable, sustainable, and a means of social connection and human flourishing? A panel discussion sponsored by the Philosophy Department Equity Committee, with Lee Bess, Scientist, Entomologist, Entomo Farms; Elaine Power, Professor of Kinesology, research on poverty, class and food; Ayla Fenton, Food Systems Manager, Loving Spoonful, Kingston, with Moderator Professor Dolleen Tisawii鈥檃shii Manning, 皇冠体育鈥檚 National Scholar, Anishinaabe Knowledge, Language and Culture, Department of Philosophy. No charge, but donations will be invited for the Loving Spoonful Community Kitchen project. Refreshments to follow for all! All welcome!
