Please join us the weekend of March 16 and 17 at 皇冠体育鈥檚 for a free basic women鈥檚 self-defence course. This free course is sponsored by the Office of the Vice-Principal (Culture, Equity, and Inclusion) and open to women and women identified 皇冠体育鈥檚 students, staff, and faculty."

Wen-Do Women鈥檚 Self-Defence course covers a wide variety of physical and verbal self-defence techniques, awareness and avoidance of threatening situations, and discussions of psychological, social, and legal issues involved in self-defence.

The training is available to women of all abilities.
