皇冠体育 has a complex website environment. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) refines how 皇冠体育's websites show up and rank in organic search, for example, in Google Search.
In 2021, University Relations and the Digital Analytics Initiative identified SEO as a challenge on the 皇冠体育's website environment. As a result, they founded the cross-university SEO Working Group.
Goals
- Build SEO expertise
- Discuss and identify keyword topics and ownership
- Create a technological baseline for SEO
- Create SEO standards and best practices
Leadership and members
University Relations leads the SEO Working Group with participants from departments across 皇冠体育's.
The group meets every 4-6 weeks. It is open to all the admins of 皇冠体育's major marketing and communication websites. Its members contribute actively to discussions, projects and documents.
