The »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s community will gather in Grant Hall on Monday, November 11 to mark Remembrance Day.
The service, led by Erin Burns, Interfaith Chaplain, will start at 10:50 am, with doors opening at 10:30 am. A procession to the 5th Field Company Plinth to lay wreaths will follow the service. Classes are cancelled between 10:30 and 11:30 am.
Students, alumni, faculty, staff are encouraged to attend and mark Remembrance Day together and acknowledge the sacrifices of many »Ê¹ÚÌåÓý’s students, alumni, faculty, and staff in times of war. The event is also open to the Kingston community.

Grant Hall was used as a military hospital and convalescent facility during the First World War, and during the Second World War it was used as an entertainment centre for troops and a meal hall.
